My role involved analyzing provided data and preparing subject-specific reports. For report generation and analytical tasks, I extensively used MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Additionally, I was responsible for drafting professional emails to customers and international banks in GCC countries, focusing on regular updates and marketing communications.

I also engaged in customer communication to negotiate terms and successfully close deals.

In my role, I led a team of four members, where I was responsible for task allocation and ensuring that we met the targets set by management.

• I manage technical aspects, which involve maintaining monthly sales records, handling purchasing tasks, and conveying updates to higher management.
• I used Excel, Google sheets, and Power BI to manage and analyze data.

• I manage all back-office tasks as a Junior Data Operator, from placing sales to generating purchasing calls for raw materials
