After years of working in the PCBA sector, as a technician, I have not only experienced in equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and have knowledge with the process of each equipment, but I have also gained experience as maintenance teamleader and working with other departments, leading a technical team in PCBA, as well communicating with other companies/equipment manufacturers. I want to improve myself/try myself in this area, which is directly related to the process in the PCBA sector.

- At the moment plan/perform all PCBA equipment relocation in given deadline with lowest impact to output(plan all technician jobs/communicate with all manufacture company's to be on-site when it's needed/prepare with IT department that all would be connected on-time in correct places/communicate with facilities engineer that jobs related to them will be done on-time/order necessary equipment what is needed for relocation/prepare all safety requirements/ the most necessary to do all jobs in schedule(because it will impact production and some manufacture company's cannot be re-scheduled
