I participated in a project in Portugal where I worked in a restaurant for one month learning about the diversity of Portuguese culture and food, in the restaurant I cook a variety of dishes.

Bake pizzas and make snacks.

Perform all kitchen duties, starting from ordering products, preparing for work, baking pizzas, up to cleaning the kitchen.

• Created identical dishes numerous times daily with consistent care, attention to detail and quality.
• In the restaurant I make cheesecake, carpaccio, potato pancakes with salmon and decorate all the sweet dishes.

In the pizzeria I prepare sweet dishes, bake pizzas on a wood-burning oven, and learn the art of making Neapolitan pizza.
