"Insurance and Youth—Be Insured to Dare More" BTA team.
BTA is the insurance market leader in the Baltic states, offering a broad range of non-life insurance services. In the internship, the team's problem is that the existing specifics of insurance and its selling methods are not attractive to young people. So as a group, the team did research and gathered data on how youth think about insurance, and through brainstorming, the team created new methods for selling insurance among youth.
