• Reduced operational debt collection cost via additional outsourcing, by outsourcing cost cutting and automation (monthly save ~20 k euro)

• Increased collected amounts due to implementing different collection strategies for different customer segments, due to penalty forgiveness and non performing loan debt sale (collected additionally at least 1 m euro)
