Airline captain with over 20 years of experience in aviation, including international airlines, corporate and fast-jet operation. I have worked for national carriers, charter and ACMI operations in Europe, the Middle East< Africa and the Far East. Alongside flying, spent several years involved in pilot training (LTC/TRI/CRM), helping cadets, direct entry pilots and crews upgrading to command.. Experience in training management, supporting instructors and maintaining training standards at a 16-aircraft base. I am CRM facilitator/ assessor and have experience with multicultural crew, training programs development and CBTA implementation. I enjoy training and sharing my experience with others while keeping high standards and looking for practical way to improve.
