In more simple terms - helped bigger and smaller customers through e-mails and live chats with anything necessary that revolves around the Print on demand company Printful.

• Online card-game presenting in English. Basically, just commenting the game and responding to player questions in the chat, while trying to make this experience as fun as possible and avoiding mistakes.

• Worked fast to complete tasks and meet daily deadlines.
• Loaded, unloaded, and moved material to and from storage and production areas.
• Followed instructions and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
• Cleaned and straightened work areas to maximize productivity and safety.
• Served ice-cream and took harbour fees from the customers visiting the island.

To be honest, everything that had to be done on the island, I was ready to assist and enjoyed doing that since I wasn't too locked into one job all the time.

• Handled maintenance and repair requests to keep properties in good condition and maintain renter satisfaction.
• Resolved customer disputes to maintain positive relationships and increase customer base.
• Collected rent and security deposits to provide timely payments to property owners.
• Greeted customers with enthusiasm, offered to take orders and fulfilled each quickly and correctly.

This was a ski-rental along the way for a company that transported people picked up from the airport to the ski resorts. Basically just took care of the store and its equipment and did my best to make the customers feel welcome.

• Packing + securing deliveries of all sorts on the airplanes cargo plates which after that get checked and loaded onto the plane.

Physically hard but otherwise super easy job which required pure will to work and of-course a sense of responsibility so the packages are safe to fly.

Helped a friend to start and open a clothing store in the shopping center "Riga plaza", which includes everything that comes with that:

• Contacting numerous clothing brands via emails and calls, choosing and ordering the products.
• Creating the store itself - shelves, fitting rooms, signs.. whatever was needed.
• Managing and updating the store and product placement on a daily basis.
• Assisting customers and working at the cashier.
• Brainstorming whatever

Crazy experience for 19-20 year old kids. Had a wonderful time and a huge load of experience. For some still unknown mystical reasons we split up and went bankrupt after a year but we're back on track now and embracing new projects.

• First official real job for me. Had to take care of clients needs and keep the clothing store fresh and updated constantly. Had a great time.
