I am currently working in the Swedish city of Västerås. The customer is the Irish company Collen. The construction site is a data center.

Inter-floor assembly of hollow-core slab, filigree slabs, monolithic slab and prefab walls. Reinforcement, reinforcement tying works before concreting slab areas. Making various reinforcement assemblies before concreting. Various pre-assembly preparatory works. Work at height. Work with mobile elevating work platforms / human lifts.

Job duties were performed at construction sites in Sweden. Main duties: Safe and high-quality assembly of reinforced concrete and steel elements according to the assembly plan and drawing. I have experience in unloading and assembling: hollow core slab, monolithic slabs, filigree slabs, reinforced concrete walls, prefab walls, reinforced concrete stairs, steel beams, diagonals, columns, connecting and other composite elements.
Responsibilities of the erector specialist: in accordance with the assembly drawing, make a safe storage of the element in the required position after a certain height mark. Remote transmission of commands to the crane operator using a walkie-talkie or hand signals. Read drawings in 2D drawing or 3D module. Safe, accurate and planned cooperation with colleagues during work planning and assembly.
Responsibilities of the slinger: observe increased safety, properly sling, lift and place elements. Appropriate and clear commands to the crane operator. Ability to evaluate and apply safe lifting means according to the specification of the relevant element - balance shifts caused by the center of gravity. Be aware of the danger of large and heavy elements, paying special attention to safety aspects - safe slinging, lifting and placing.
Responsibilities of the team safety specialist: every day before starting work at the site, determine the assembly areas and high danger areas on the construction site with the supervisor or team leader. All working areas should be inspected and appropriately fenced off with safety fencing and warning signs. Inspect, if necessary organize the unloading/loading area. Clear unloading area from unwanted obstacles ensuring safe delivery and transport movement. In cooperation with the crane operator carry out the lifting of the crane lifting capacity control weight every morning. Ensure appropriate fire safety measures by placing fire extinguishers in fire hazard areas, in places of welding and other hot/fire-hazardous work, additionally covering, or if possible moving, flammable materials with fire/spark absorbing or limiting means. Weekly safety walk in the site together with the site safety manager, identifying, evaluating and developing a prevention plan, dangerous areas, occurrence of work process situations, applying appropriate safety solutions. Pay attention to compliance with work safety requirements of colleagues: use anti-fall safety systems and other individual or collective work protection means. Reminding to the team about safety in the site and maintaining a safe working environment.
