- Managing the delivery of Purchase Orders (POs) at the Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, including valves, valve and engine parts, electrical components compiled by suppliers including Trillium Flow Technologies, Schroedahl and Curtiss-Wright, Rolls Royce Solutions (MTU).
- Liaising with suppliers during regular meetings in order to expedite the delivery of critical items in accordance with on-site commissioning team instructions, ensuring that urgently-required parts are delivered on-time.

- Preparing all delivery documentation and records required prior to shipment of parts, including packing lists, labels and site delivery notices, in addition to receiving quality documentation from the supplier.
