Was responsible for Master Schedule management and control, variance reporting and risk reviews. Provided What – If scenarios and recovery plans to highlight risk and opportunities to the management line.

• Provided technical support in the development of the greenfield railway project as Enterprise Scheduler.
• Provided scheduling and planning expertise in development of the strategic processes and created comprehensive 'Road Map' using Primavera P6, which connected all organization's departments.
