  • ACHIEVEMENTS, In my first year of work, I was chosen to receive the Euronet Heroes Award 2019. Commending the results achieved in a fast period.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS, Working in a company for only 7 months, I have improved the sales results by approx. 15% for turnover. Mostly working with B-category brands and for their everyday problems. Still working within more than 1 year, results are the best in company history.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS, Developed and monitored a transparent and easy-to-understand customer relationship system (CRM). Identified existing product life cycle in the warehouse and introduced the new more transparent system for the incoming goods. I drafted a motivating reward system that could be easily monitored by the management and involved monthly sales results of each sales manager. It helped to save a significant amount of the company's financial resources.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS, The company's recognition as the best employee in 2012 and 2014. International recognition of the furniture designs and quality in accordance with the requirements of global guidelines for 2012 and 2015. I was presenting my ideas - improvements for the Samsung Global Retail Guidelines, which were approved and included in the guidelines in the coming years. I realized major projects for several product categories (200 stores in the Baltic each quarter), keeping high quality. During the 4 years, I managed to reduce the company's costs for the projects by 1.6 million euros from 4 to 2.4 million euros.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS, I was commendable for my quick response to problem situations, solving and analyzing them to improve future operations. At the same time, I realized the large volume of projects by attracting the necessary resources. I created an internal quality system for the production and supply system. The company's turnover has grown by 15% despite the fierce competition in the market fighting with low-priced products.
  • ACHIEVEMENTS, I successfully imported and sold Office paper for Stationery Latvian wholesale companies, settled up a sales network, developed an appropriate pricing policy, and participated in public procurement with excellent results. My product group sales growth per year was about 20%. By developing the brand of the product in question, the product was placed on the market as No. 1, leaving behind a laurel-plucked brand. Still, this brand is in the market and each office uses this product.
